Websites to know that will save you a ton of time and energy.

As a first-time founder, navigating the early landscape of running a company is difficult. No need to add additional challenges in the form of operational lift.

Here are 5 tools that will allow you to manage day-to-day operations with much more efficiency, not to mention save you a ton of headache!

👔 Clerky

If you’re looking for legal help to get incorporated, Clerky will help file the proper legal paperwork for Delaware (standard for c-corps) in 5–10 min plus will cost WAY less than finding and hiring a lawyer ($407).

📚iUbenda

If your company will exist on the internet, you will likely need a Terms of Use doc and a Privacy Policy. iUbenda handles compliance and is super easy to set up.

Only cost my company ~$50 per mo. and will automatically flag any non-compliance.

🚀DocSend

If you’re sharing your pitch deck with someone, you can use DocSend to email protect it. The free service also allows you to set limits on how long someone has access to it and to review the amount of time people spend looking at each page (great instant feedback)!

💻 Mixmax

This free plug-in allows you to see when and how many times someone opens your email, as well as schedule, send based on the most probable time your recipient will actually see it.

If you pay the $9–24 per mo. for premium, you get access to a suite of helpful features/analytics for mass emailing as well.

🎨 Canva

A house favorite for all things graphic design, Canva just became your new favorite site for user-friendly content creation.

You can do a lot for free, but paying $10–12 per mo. for premium allows you to post and schedule posts directly to socials + a ton more.

(BONUS!) 📝 HelloSign

If you need to get stuff signed, this site is the best way to do it and their premium version is the most affordable compared to other similar products out there, plus they have a very pleasant UI.

As a young entrepreneur myself, these tools have helped multiply what I can get done in a day and improve my business performance overall.

Hopefully sharing this list will multiply my learning and help you on your journey as well!
